All customers will be required to sign a liability waiver, as well as review and agree to abide by the “Shop’s Policies and Procedures” before being permitted in the service area.
Shop Policies and Procedures must be adhered to at all times. We take your safety very seriously, and we want everyone to enjoy a safe work environment.
Obey all posted signs as to the requirement of special protective gear or additional safety precautions. Failure to follow these posted signage or written Polices or Procedures may result in forfeiting your membership privileges or rental.
Workstation rentals are on a first come first serve basis. We currently have three bays available for rent. Only confirmed reservations guarantee workstation availability. Online reservations take precedence, so please arrive on time. We will hold your reservation for 15 minutes from the reservation start time.
Use of the pneumatic machine is included with your hourly rental/membership, but requires a (one time) $25 safety orientation with a Moto Republic staffer.
Membership benefits include unlimited access to the shops facilities within the confines of posted business hours. These hours may be subject to change but you will be notified 24 hours in advance of any changes. Access to stored vehicles is also limited to posted business hours. Please speak to a Moto Republic staff member if you need to make special arrangements.
Cancellations & Refund Policy
Workstation reservations work on the “Honor System”. If you can’t make it, please give us notice so we can make your time available to another customer.
There is currently no penalty for a no-show, although continuous no-shows may result with you being put on the naughty list. (No workstation for you!)
Monthly Memberships may be canceled by written or verbal notice at any time. The members benefits and privileges remain intact for the remainder of the last billing period.
Re-occurring payments require cancellation within 24 hours of the next billing period. There will be no prorating or credit issued for time remaining on a canceled membership or for membership that is not utilized.
Classes & Workshops
All Classes and Workshops are prepaid in full at time of booking.
We do not offer refunds. We will be happy to reschedule your class, or apply the credit to another class or workshop in the future.
Credit for missed or re-scheduled classes must be used within one year from the date of purchase.
Up to $15 reimbursement for Taxi or Rideshare service (one way), for any service over 3 hours of labor with receipt.
